Tony Woods Big Stride Walk
On Sunday 18th May 2008, Imtech G&H employee Tony Wood and his sister Rachel, led a team of friends and family on the Big Stride 6 mile walk from Kinmel Bay to Prestatyn to raise money for the Everyman Cancer Charity (http://www.icr.ac.uk/everyman).
Tony and Rachel decided to organise this walk in memory of their father who had suffered with prostate cancer and had died the previous year on the 6th May 2007.
In total Tony & Rachel raised over £750 between them for Everyman's research into prostate and testicular cancer.
Thanks go to everyone who contributed and helped to raise so much money for this worthwhile charity, and well done to Tony, Rachel and their family and friends for achieving so much.
