Commercial

The commercial sector - including office buildings, headquarters and branches of financial institutions, call centres and computer suites is a core market for Imtech G&H.

Requirements and strategy vary depending on whether a development is a new build, refurbishment, shell and core or all systems including fit-out services.

However, the fundamentals are always the same: quality, safety, competitiveness and flexibility.

Designing in maximum flexibility at the shell and core stage is essential both to accommodate a wide range of tenants requirements at the fit-out stage and also to enable the client to adopt to shifting market demands and technological opportunities at a later date with minimal disruption.

Attitudes towards the environment and changing working and occupational patterns, together with uncertainty over long-term energy costs, are forcing designers and constructors to examine carefully the next generation of buildings.

Imtech G&H has a proven capacity to handle fast track fit-outs, chilled beam conditioning, mission critical IT systems, solar technology, conversions to/from office use, and the most sophisticated alarm, fire and building management systems.
