Wayne Hickling, Director
Wayne has been with the company for over 12 years. During that time he has excelled in pulling together tender documents that have secured the company the opportunity to win substantial new contracts.
He is responsible for managing the production of high quality proposals to suit customer requirements on specification, performance and timescale. Wayne is also responsible for managing and maintaining the performance of the proposals team including process, mechanical and electrical engineers, estimators and draughtsmen.
