Tony O'Shea, Director
Tony has spent over 10 years with Imtech Process and has ultimate responsibility for the strategic development of the company, and in particular, the continuing relationship with the Asset Management Alliance for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. He is closely involved in leading and shaping the Asset Management Alliance to deliver the £1100 million capital investment programme.
Tony’s responsibilities include working to align the company’s vision and objectives with the vision and objectives of the customer, and identifying strategies to empower Imtech Process’ people to meet these objectives.
One of the key leaders in the company, Tony is continually striving to develop more effective ways of working in partnership. With over 20 years in mechanical and electrical contracting within the oil/gas and water industries, Tony recognises that this is a people business, and success hinges upon employing people with the capabilities, behaviours and attitudes, which clients need to meet their organisational and business objectives.
