Airports easier to reach
It is important for contact centres that callers get someone on the phone as quickly as possible. Imtech (Bostec) implemented a new application layer around Amsterdam airport Schiphol’s telephony environment, for business contacts of the Regiecentrum (coordination centre), as well as for the 0900-0141 information number of the Customer Contact Centre. Incoming calls are transferred to the right person on the basis of business regulations.
This makes the airport considerably easier to reach. Imtech carried out the project management, from definition phase through implementation. This project was awarded to Imtech because of Bostec’s specific professional expertise in the area of telecommunications and incident room processes.
