Implant, digital cooking in Feed

ImPlant is a vertically integrated controls and MES system specially designed by Imtech for use in the mash meal process industry.
For each step in the feed production process an Implant module is available

All modules optimise control of the equipment in function of orders, transportation and recipe or process requirements.
Advanced algorithms give an actual and summarised picture of the plant to operators and management, including raw material, mash meal and final product stocks.

All types of machines are foreseen with parametersets to be downloaded and registered. Contamination issues are taken into account regarding previous batches, supporting the operator in the choice of production sequence. An overall planning module is also available.

Tracking & Tracing

The modules register all data input and information fed back from the production process. All information gathered is used by the system to learn and predict optimally the next production runs. For all batches the necessary data are stored for tracking & tracing

ImPlant: basics for Feed-mills

The modules can function apart from each other, making a roll out phasing possible. A very operator friendly MMI guarantees a fast run-off by the operators. A full set of reporting tools, and personalisation by means of Excel, is available to suit the most extensive requirements. The ImPlant modules can interface with all ERP systems via production orders. Information from executed orders are fed back. The modules include PLC software with functionality fit for control of most feed mill machinery.
PLC process automation is thus linked with the implementation of ImPlant modules, to take advantage of and integrate specific possibilities of equipment.
