Imtech has developed two standard dairy factories based on a modular concept. Advantages of such a modular concept are:
Short construction period (on site), low level of costs, quick commissioning. One factory is designed to produce cheese (Gouda type), while the other factory is designed to produce fresh products, such as yoghurt and packed milk.
The design is for complete dairy factories with a daily capacity up to to 250.000 litres a day, the customer is left with the arrangement of green field, roads, concrete floor, fuel supply, potable water supply, consumables supply, electricity and waste water disposal.
Execution of the building with its complete interior for process and utilities can be done by Imtech.
All process parts are integrated in a standard design and from this design the factory is composed on a modular base.
Engineering costs can be kept at a low level!
