NEW BNWAS AND ECDIS REQUIREMENTS

As per new IMO resolutions specified, the shipowner needs to upgrade the existing fleet with following systems:

  • BNWAS (Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System) acc. MSC.128(75)
  • ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) acc. Solas Chapter V

IMO resolution with time frame for upgrade of the ECDIS and BNWAS Systems.
