At Imtech we believe in working closely with both our customers and our supply chain, developing relationships with them to ensure that we understand all their needs and requirements.
We work in true partnership with a number of our customers. This is particularly apparent within Welsh Water's Asset Management Alliance. However, even where a job is not a partnership, however the team at Imtech approaches it with a partnering perspective in mind. That is why we have always enjoyed high levels of repeat business, and our objective is to continue building on this.
At Imtech, all sub-contractors and suppliers are approved via the supply management unit, prior to use on any projects. Their suitability is assessed, and relationships are developed through a prequalification questionnaire and meetings.
Each project is unique and we seek to match detailed technical understanding and delivery with a flexible approach to its customers and partners.
