The name change is part of the objective of our parent company Imtech N.V. to become a global player in the Industrial Market. From the first of January all rights and obligations of Imtech Industrial Services B.V. - Analyser System have been transferred to Imtech Industry International B.V. - Analyser Systems

The Group has been established on January 1, 2009, with the main objective to join forces within the Imtech group of companies towards the Hydrocarbon (oil & gas) market. The variety of in this market is so wide that coordination is required.

The business units Imtech Analyser Systems and Imtech Vonk are both offering technical integrated solutions, i.e. project management, contracting, procurement, engineering, commissioning and start up which are all common activities on all kind of projects..

Imtech Industry International B.V. covers all activities of Imtech Analyser Systems and Imtech Vonk with premises in Goes (Analyser Systems) and Coevorden (Vonk) and will continue their operation with the same experienced staff and organization as you already know from the past. The trade names Imtech Analyser Systems and Imtech Vonk will remain under Imtech Industry International B.V.
