If there are hardware problems, the Hosting Centre location via its service desk  provides instant expert technical response and vendor management of calls to manufacture or customers preferred maintainer.The on line service desk portal allowing customer to track and raise calls when required.

Systems operations previously agreed with our customer around mutual agreeable SLA's allows for complete off site management allowing customers to continue with running their business needs whilst infrastructure, and resource for operations is covered.  In some circumstance application support can also be included within the service.
